It is our ongoing mission to sort through the vast options to find you the best prices and best value for your airline tickets, car rentals, hotel accommodations, and all your other travel needs. It is our pleasure to handle every step of the travel transaction for you, saving you from the hassles, uncertainty, and inconvenience of having to do it on your own.

Unlike the airlines and internet sites, we offer a "live voice" for you to talk to who will not only offer unbiased options available to you, but will also act as an advocate on your behalf in dealing with vendors over problems you may have experienced during your trip. Our purpose is to give our customer complete and unbiased information and advice on all aspects of travel. We do this by offering information on available fares and routings from competing airlines, thousands of hotel choices, rental car options, cruising and vacation destination and package information.

For our corporate customers, we provide services that airlines and internet sites cannot provide. One is to help you enforce your company travel policies. Another is the capability of tracking your company's overall productivity and sales for each airline, rental car agency and individual hotels and negotiate discount programs with the various vendors. These possible discounts would allow your company the opportunity to earn free airline upgrades, hotel stays, rental car days or even airline tickets, ultimately saving your company money. We also provide reports to help reconcile monthly travel expenses, manage your company’s travel budget and show you various ways to save even more money!

Until recently, a portion of our revenues came from commissions paid by airlines for the sale of their tickets. Their compensation covered some of our costs, thus enabling us to offer our services to you at a small fee. But, beginning on March 14, 2002, many airlines cut our compensation to zero, which will impact the amount we must charge you. These airlines want to create an environment where you are forced to contact them directly for your ticket. By doing so, you forfeit your ability to receive unbiased advice and information on available fares and routings from competing airlines. Consumer studies show that you will most likely pay more for air transportation by going direct to airlines than if you purchased your ticket through a travel agent. But rest assured; we have no intention of leaving you in the airlines’ clutches. You can rely on us to continue performing all of the services the airlines would like to deny you.
